What’s for Dinner?

By popular demand, here are two recipes from the Mother’s Day Brunch and Tea Party Sale in Louisville- May 8, 2010.

Orange Marmalade Cream Cheese Spread

2 8oz. packages Cream Cheese

1 Sm. Jar Orange Marmalade

Soften Cream Cheese – Mix in Marmalade until creamy

Serve as a spread with favorite pound cake or muffin

Little Smokie Wraps

1 lb. Bacon

1 pack Little Smokies

Brown Sugar

Cut bacon in 3 sections (enough for 1 pack little smokies)

Wrap each Little Smokie with piece of Bacon. Secure with toothpick.

Roll Smokies in Brown Sugar.  Bake 350 degrees until Bacon is done.
